These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of LuxWash’s services and website. By booking a service or using our site, you agree to the terms below.
LuxWash provides:
Premium exterior and interior car washes
Hand-drying, wax treatments, and ceramic protection
Wheel and undercarriage detailing
Optional pickup/drop-off services for luxury vehicles (on request)
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person
Payment is due at the time of service, unless prepaid or invoiced
Accepted methods: credit/debit card, e-transfer, mobile POS
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
Missed appointments may be subject to a rebooking fee
In case of severe weather or power outage, we will reschedule at no extra cost
You agree to:
Notify us of any pre-existing damage, custom paint, wraps, or electronics
Remove valuables before drop-off
Understand that we may refuse service if the vehicle condition poses safety risks
LuxWash is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues discovered during cleaning
Aftermarket parts that are improperly installed or unreported
Damage from dirt, wear, or pre-existing paint failure
Our services are cosmetic and non-invasive. You agree to inspection and acknowledgment upon pickup.
With your explicit consent, we may:
Photograph your vehicle for our portfolio or social media
Never include identifiable license plates or personal data unless authorized
You may opt out at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kingston, ON.
We retain client and transaction data:
For as long as the service relationship is active
For up to 7 years for financial or tax purposes
Vehicle photos (with consent) may be kept up to 12 months for quality tracking and marketing

We strive to deliver exceptional service to every client. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, our refund policy is as follows:
Full refunds may be granted within 24 hours of service delivery if a formal complaint is submitted and reviewed.
Partial refunds may apply in cases where specific service deficiencies are confirmed (e.g., missed detailing areas, visible residues).
No refunds are available after 48 hours from service completion or if the vehicle has been driven or washed again since.
